Gang (Mike) Ding, Investment Director, joined BlueRun Ventures in 2007 and is based in the Shanghai office. Mike focuses on new media, wireless and consumer services investments in China. Mike Ding brings to BlueRun more than 10 years of experience in venture investing and starting up new businesses.
Mike serves on the Board of Directors of Inker.
Prior to joining BlueRun Ventures, Mike launched Widsets, a mobile internet service in China. He also served as Senior Business Development Manager, where he was responsible for developing new venture projects in China. Mike has also held the positions of Vice President of iD Tech Ventures and Managing Director of iPark Shanghai, and previously served as an investment manager at Intel Capital, China, and software engineer with Hewlett Packard in the U.S. and Singapore.
He received his M.B.A. from China Europe International Business School and M.S. from Shanghai JiaoTong University.
