The Conference Center and Board Room are available on a reservation basis for all members who want to use this for business meetings, provided it is not already booked for planned TiE events.
This facility is not available for social, religious, political and sporting events.
Charter Members and Sponsors can use the Board Room for 4 hours once a quarter at no charge. The facility will be available for rent from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday thru Saturday. The rental rates are as shown below:

Facility Description 1. Conference RoomCapacity - 250 people (Banquet seating), 300 people (Auditorium style) Video System - Projector with 2 screens (6X8), DVD player, VCR player Audio System - Central Console and Podium with mike/1 lapel mike/5 wireless mikes Room set-up and clean-up is included. Disposable plates and cutlery will be provided upon request for a charge of $1.00/person. 2. Board Room Capacity - 25 people Projector/Laptop Connection and 1 screen (6X8) Terms Reservations and Payment should be made 60 days before the date of the event. Checks should be made payable to "TiE" Organizations have to make their own catering arrangements, but clear it with TiE.
