How to turn your startup into a highly successful publicly listed company with over $1.5 Billion in Market Cap and multi-hundred million in revenues?

Many entrepreneurs get stuck in creating technology and may end up selling their startup to another company as they are not able to grow the business and scale the company to a sustainable enterprise with multi-hundred million dollars in revenue. Of course, sometimes selling your startup to another vendor is strategically the best alternative. However, when huge opportunities for your startup’s technology and products lie ahead of you, how do you transition your company to take full advantage of it.

Come and hear from our My Story speaker Syed Ali from his experience as Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Cavium, Inc., on how he and his team, developed initial technology and products, took it public on NASDAQ and has grown the company into multi-hundred millions of dollars in revenue with a market cap exceeding $1.5 Billions. Cavium (NASDAQ: CAVM) is a provider of highly integrated semiconductor processors that enable intelligent networking, communications, storage, video and security applications. Cavium’s principal offices are in San Jose, California with design team locations in California, Massachusetts, India, Taiwan and China. Cavium’ products have been designed-in by the World's leading networking, wireless, storage and security vendors. Cavium' design wins are at companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Citrix, Dell, F5 Networks, HP, HTC, Huawei, IBM, Juniper, Motorola, NEC, Netgear, Nokia Siemens, Palo Alto Networks, Radisys, and Samsung.

Syed’s story will be inspiring not just to founders, entrepreneurs but to many intrapreneurs and executives in large companies. Join us to hear from this amazingly successful entrepreneurial leader, ask all your questions, learn from his successful experiences and connect with other aspiring entrepreneurs at TiE Silicon Valley on Tuesday December 4, 2012.
