TYE High School Academy

TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) is a global program based on experiential learning that is geared specifically towards high school students. The goal is to prepare them for a project-based college environment as well as an increasingly entrepreneurial workplace. TYE is an “Entrepreneurship Academy,” where student teams utilize modern skills and tools to build a concept using customer feedback, iteration, and lightweight business models.
The curriculum is designed by UC Berkeley professors and taught by several well known speakers in Silicon Valley.
Students will learn from industry experts about the various stages of entrepreneurship. From product ideation, proof of concept, team building, all the way to product launch & pitching.
Sessions include- developing an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, communication, public speaking, and team-building skills.
Winning teams compete at the global level for cash prizes.

Each TiE Young Entrepreneur will have the opportunity to:

Tuition: $349 for TiE Members and $399 for Non-Members for 10 sessions spanning 4.5 months

Our TYE 2019-2020 Alum Vishal Yatish has launched a student run Podcast–On The Rise, which aims to inspire and cultivate the next generation of leaders. In 15-20 minute interviews, he speaks with top-tier founders and innovators about their journeys and motivations, finding out how they became successful and what aspiring leaders can do to maximize their potential and change the world.

Rishabh Bhavani, our 2020-2021 Alum is the Founder & CEO of KARMANT Learning. He was selected to be a keynote speaker at the Global Forum for Education and Learning (GFEL) conference, a global conference in the field of education to speak on the topic “Balanced Human Development at an Early Age” (https://www.gfel.world/agenda#speakers).
He was also nominated by the GFEL organizers and received the Excellence in Education Award.
